LandLens™ is a UK planning intelligence platform that provides planning constraint data for property professionals including planning consultants, property developers and land agents. Users can search by postcode to view flood zones, conservation areas, listed buildings, green belt, Article 4 directions and other planning constraints sourced from UK government APIs.

Yes. LandLens™ includes an AI-powered natural language query bar that allows users to ask planning questions in plain English. This feature is powered by Abacus AI. Your queries and platform inputs may be processed by Abacus AI to provide this functionality. All processing is carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?
Our platform is hosted in the United Kingdom and the United States (via Abacus AI). If you are based in the UK or EEA, your data may be transferred to the United States. We apply the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as the legal mechanism for these international transfers to ensure your data remains protected.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active. When your account is closed or cancelled, we will delete or anonymise your personal data unless we are required by law to retain it (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).

No. LandLens™ is a professional B2B platform. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18 years of age. By using the platform you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
