About LandLens
Clear answers about land and property
Planning rules, flood risk, ownership and history are spread across dozens of official records. LandLens brings them together and explains what they mean for you, in plain English.
Why we built it
Homeowners, buyers, parish councils, developers and land agents all ask the same kinds of questions: what affects this site, who owns that land, and what is likely to be allowed. The answers exist, but finding and making sense of them usually takes days. We wanted that to take a single order.
Every report is prepared with care and sent to your inbox, usually within 2 working days.
